Turnip Green Creative Reuse’s web site and Social Media Graphics
Nashville non-profit Turnip Green Creative Reuse is a place where materials that might otherwise end up in the land fills can be donated and reused by artists, teachers, thrifters or otherwise, providing a pay-what-you-can exchange. TGCR relies on monetary and material donations to not only support education programs which expand every year, but also provide a resource for materials that foster creativity while reducing the environmental impacts of waste disposal. The branding for TGCR was created by Studio Haus in 2018 and incorporated custom lettering, reflecting the diversity of materials TGCR accepts and provides. Along with the color palette, the non-profit has it’s own unique look. The project included extensive brand guidelines, a website redesign, social media templates, ads, flyers, gift cards, and more. (Little known fact: originating in the South, you’d think the name was based on those famous leafy greens but was in fact the name of the founder’s late fur baby. What a sweet legacy.)

As someone whose family has been impacted by heart disease, I was so honored to be a part of the American Heart Association of Greater Nashville’s marketing efforts for various events, including 2019’s Heart Walk.
