The Big Payback

So business continues to keep me dancing through my days with deadlines so this month's blog is encouragement to take part in Middle Tennessee's largest online giving day. "The Big Payback is a community-wide, 24 hour online giving challenge hosted by The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. This charitable event helps area nonprofits raise much-needed dollars and bring awareness to pressing needs in our communities."

A client of mine is one of the 770 participants in the Payback and they are doing some really wonderful work that's getting not only great recognition but also great results: Pet Community Center. "Pet Community Center has served more than 11,000 pets and has led to 40 percent decrease in the number of homeless pets that enter Metro Animal Care and Control Shelter."

A gift of $50 will help spay or neuter one pet. And thanks to an anonymous donor, all donations made to Pet Community Center during The Big Payback will be matched up $5,000!

Pet Community Center has created a 40% decrease in pet homelessness since 2014! You can help save lives by sponsoring a spay or neuter surgery during The Big Payback on May 5!

I'm proud of all of the work that I'm fortunate to do and when results like these happen, I can't help but feel a part of bigger and better things for our community. There are many other wonderful non-profits that The Big Payback will benefit (I'm also a big fan of Turnip Green Creative Reuse, The Oasis Center, Nashville Adult Literacy Council, Friends of Warner Parks, Friends of Radnor Lake to name just a few) so please give as generously as you can. Working with successful non-profits is what I love to do! And soon I hope to share some of my latest work with you. Best wishes!
