Spring in Winter?

As I near completion of quite possibly the biggest project of my career–one that has been going on for a little over a year now–the weather is spring-like and the flowers and trees are blooming in what is typically only the beginning of the end of our wintry cold snaps here in the mid-south. I am getting more and more excited about the end result of a piece that has been such a beautiful work in progress with a fantastic team of collaborators. I can't wait to share the fruits of all of our labors but until it's done, I quietly work on personal projects, networking that will ultimately lead to future clients, and of course all the other fantastic client projects on my roster including the upcoming Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival. (Be sure to save the date for Saturday, April 8th!)

The beauty of my career is all the directions it takes me in and how I can still approach each project with a fresh enthusiasm. I will continue to share this flowering of the creative process that happens sometimes behind the scenes where no one can see and other times here on my web site or social media pages. So this month, once again I share an illustration that is the end product of the behind-the-scenes personal project. Soon I'll share more about the big project I can't wait to tell you about!

In the meantime, let me know if you have a project you think we would be well-suited to work on in the very near future. Discovering and collaborating on new and exciting projects is something I love to do!
